The traditional summer appointment with food and wine and the Sagra della Busiata is renewed in Salemi. From 5 to 8 August, one can taste busiate, the delicious handmade pasta, a typical product of the province of Trapani, in all its variations (ragout, fish, tomato sauce, Trapanese pesto…).
