An event that brings together different worlds, combines good food, fun and great emotions. It is a mix of cultures, an occasion to celebrate cultural integration and diversity through a symbolic dish: cous cous. For more than two decades, the Cous Cous Fest has been promoting values of integration and mutual respect, acting as a spokesman for a message of hope that is even more important today. To build together a future of peace, dialogue and cooperation around the world. On the last day, the Cous Cous winner of the 2025 culinary edition will be announced. The Cous Cous World Championship, the beating heart of the festival, pits ten nations against each other in the name of integration and peace. The chefs create their countries’ recipes live on the Bia Theatre stage. A technical jury and a popular jury taste the dishes and decide the winner. Great concerts, free shows on the beach and four young students from hotelier institutes from all over Italy prepare a recipe in 45 minutes. The winner will join the Italian chef during the World Championship.
