These terms and conditions (hereafter “Terms”) describe the rights and obligations of Villa Salisà and of the clients that use the website and the services of the hotel (hereafter “Services”). Using the website or the services, you accept to respect and be bound by these Terms. If you don’t accept these Terms, you cannot use the website or the services.

1. RESERVATIONS

All the reservations made through our website are subject to availability. Booking confirmations will be sent via email or any other means of communication. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservations at any time without notice.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation or modifications made until 14 days before the expected date of arrival, there is no charge. In case of cancellation or modifications made after this deadline or in case of no show, the full amount will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

3. PRICES

All the prices are expressed in Euro and include the taxes and applicable fees, unless otherwise stated. The hotel reserves the right to change the prices at any time without notice.

4. POLICY FOR MINORS

Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The hotel does not provide babysitting services and declines any responsibility in case of incidents or damages caused by minors.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The hotel will not be responsible for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of the website or services. The hotel declines any responsibility in case of  damages, theft or loss of valuables left in the rooms on in the hotel’s public areas.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

The hotel reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The changes will enter into force immediately after their publication on the website. By continuing to use the website or the services after the publication of the changes you accept to be bound by the modified Terms.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are regulated by the laws of the Italian State and any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or the website or services will be solved exclusively by the courts of the Italian State.
